im extremly dissapointed with the service i have received ive been trying to cancel the debit card that my husband applied for online we thought it was a credit card but turned out to be a pre paid debit card ,,,,all we want is a cancellation of this transaction in order to receive my two seperate charges of 49.95 and 99.00 i need my money credited back because due to these charges i am now overdrawn i expect a phone call or an email asap..... sincerly kenia solis..... and ivan rodriguez. tell me what else should i do ive contacted libby twice via phone n like always i get no respond what else should i do i need my money back asap

please call me @401 569-0916 u withdrawed money out of my account at the wrong date i want to cancel this edp account now an i exspect the you to fix my account immedietly im pissed and i want it CANCELED
